1. Production of high-quality dough:
(1) horizontal water-cooling and dough machine adopts Y-shaped
mixing wing, and there are many continuous operations such as
lifting, beating, folding, kneading, pressing and pulling during
dough mixing, so as to reduce the damage of gluten and facilitate
the formation of gluten network. (2) During the process of surface
mixing, the cylinder block can be cooled.

3. Simple operation: the operation panel adopts human-machine touch
screen interface and PLC control.
